Shipping Policy:

Locally Sourced Items:

Evetech Solutions usually ships all local supplied products within 3 days from confirmation of payment. We advise you to please ensure that you have emailed the proof of payment to sales@evetech.co.za to warrant the process runs smoothly. All FNB users can be assured that payment will show immediately while other banking institution users may have to wait 2 – 3 days before we can confirm payment. All items less than 2 kilograms are shipped overnight. Larger and heavier items with a weight of over 2 kilograms will be shipped via road service and may take up to 3 workings days for delivery. We use the services of either SpeedServices or Time Freight  but if the customer wishes to use their own couriers we require an email requesting the service and a telephone number of that courier.

SOI Items

SOI (Special Order Items) are imported from either the USA or Europe via DHL. These items are clearly marked on the product information page as SOI and usually take 10 working days for delivery. However the Customs process is out of our hands and therefore may take longer. If this is the case the customer will be informed via email as soon as we have confirmation of the delay and an ETA given.
We will then try our best to ensure the item is shipped as soon as possible without any further delay via either SpeedServices, Berco or Millennium Express Couriers. As with local items, any item/s under 2 kilograms will be sent overnight while larger and heavier will be send via road service that may take up to 3 working days.

General

We only ship to residential or work addresses.

Please note that there is an optional shipping insurance of all products at a rate of 1.25% of the value of the ordered item. We strongly suggest customers use this option when purchasing expensive items for peace of mind. Once an order is placed the customer will receive a tracking number along with notification of which courier has been used via email. This number can be used to call one of the two courier companies (SpeedServices, Time Freight) for any further information on the whereabouts of the package.

Returns Policy:

All items bought from Evetech Solutions have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

If an item is bought from Evetech Solutions and arrives DOA (dead on arrival) we will refund the customer the full amount or swap the item out for another. We require customers to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s for this policy to be in affect. In this case we will require all merchandise such as cables, manuals, CD’s and brochures etc that came with the product to be sent back with the product purchased. If there are any items missing we have the right to refuse a refund until the said items are returned. Failing which we will pass the items on to the respective suppliers for recommendation.

If an item fails within 7 days of purchase we will refund the customer the full amount or swap the item out for another as stated above. There will however be a 10% handling and restocking fee applicable on these items.

We do not refund any software that has been opened or tampered with.

All items being shipped back to Evetech Solutions must please be well packaged and clearly marked with your return address as well as order number on the outside of the box. We recommend insuring the item/s.

All SOI items are subject to a 15% (of the total amount paid) restocking fee no matter the circumstances of the return. Retruns are shipped back to the international supplier once a month.
