The E3 Pro is the clearest illustration of what Hbada builds. A three-zone dynamic lumbar with eight directions of adjustment tracks the lower, middle and upper back separately. The 4D dual-axis headrest slides through a 70 mm depth range to reach the neck rather than push it forward. Tilt locks at four positions out to 140 degrees, and the chair is specified for people between 155 cm and 195 cm tall.

The gaming line runs the same mesh and lumbar engineering as the ergonomic range, tuned for the postures gaming actually produces: locked upright for competitive play, reclined for cutscenes and long streams, with a pull-out footrest on the models that carry one.

HBADA Chairs: What the Money Actually Buys

Hbada occupies an unusual position in the market. The mechanisms are the sort normally found on seating that costs several times more, three-zone lumbar, multi-axis headrests, 720-degree armrests, while the materials and finish are pitched at somebody furnishing a home office rather than a boardroom.

The office line covers mesh backs and flip-up arms for straightforward daily use. The ergonomic line adds the three-zone lumbar and the 4D headrest. The gaming line shares that engineering but reclines further and often includes a footrest. The X7 smart series layers sensors, a cooled seat and heating on top of all of it.

Start with seat height, so the feet rest flat and the knees fall near ninety degrees. Set seat depth next, leaving two or three fingers between the seat edge and the back of the knee. Raise the armrests until the shoulders drop rather than lift. Position the lumbar last, into the small of the back rather than higher up the spine.

Full mesh flexes to the shape of the back and keeps air moving, which is why it dominates the ergonomic range. A ventilated foam or hybrid seat gives a firmer base under the thighs and holds its shape better under heavier daily use. Several models pair a mesh back with a cushioned seat for precisely that reason.

Chairs arrive flat-packed and go together with the supplied hex key, usually inside half an hour; the base and gas lift press-fit rather than bolt on. Check the stated maximum user weight and the gas-lift class for the specific model you want, because these differ between the office and ergonomic lines.

Standard nylon castors are designed for carpet. On tile, laminate or sealed concrete they roll too freely and mark more easily, so soft polyurethane castors are the usual swap. Measure armrest height against your desk apron too, if you want the chair to tuck fully away.

That trade is worth understanding before ordering. You are buying adjustability and airflow rather than heirloom construction, which happens to be exactly the right priority for anyone who has spent the last year working from a dining chair.
