Sales Representative
About this Position
Our sales representatives are responsible for all customer help before a sale is made. They enjoy a very close dynamic with our customers, working with them closely to design the best computer for them, based on their needs and budget. Often it will mean introducing the customer to new ideas and ways of achieving what they want, in a way that we might know will provide a better overall computing experience. It means weighing what they want, and what experience you have, to provide the best computer possible.
A good deal of this interaction is by email, but also includes phone calls. It is a specific concern that we maintain excellent availability and response time to our customers. We need people that are self-motivated, and who truly enjoy helping people.
