The Core Ultra 7 (Arrow Lake) is Intel's step below the flagship Core Ultra 9, aimed at builders who want most of the multi-core muscle for less. It runs 20 cores split into 8 Performance cores for games and heavy threads and 12 Efficient cores for background load. Unlike older Core i7 chips, Arrow Lake has no Hyper-Threading, so it is 20 cores and 20 threads, and it runs noticeably cooler and more power-efficient for it.
