Heat capacity buys you time
Water absorbs far more energy per degree than the aluminium fins of a tower cooler, so a loop rides out short bursts without the temperature spiking. That is what keeps a high-core-count chip from dropping clocks the moment a render kicks off.
Bigger surface, slower fans
A 360 mm radiator has far more fin area than any tower heatsink, and fin area is what lets you shed the same heat at lower fan speed. The quiet comes from the radiator size, not from the pump.
Heat leaves where you choose
A tower cooler dumps into the case and the graphics card breathes it back in. A radiator exhausts through a panel, which is the real argument for liquid in a small, densely packed build.
Components carry forward
Radiators, pumps, reservoirs and fittings are socket-agnostic and survive platform changes. Only the CPU bracket and, on a custom loop, the GPU block are tied to specific hardware.

EK-Matrix7 is the reason recent EK parts look tidy together: port positions and component depths are standardised to 7 mm increments, so blocks, radiators and reservoirs line up on a grid instead of needing a custom bend to meet.
It also makes upgrades less destructive. Swap a 30 mm radiator for a 58 mm one in the same mount and the port height stays where the tubing already expects it.

EK-AIO Liquid Coolers
Sealed EK-Nucleus units in 240, 280 and 360 mm. Nothing to fill, bleed or drain, a 5-year warranty that extends to 6 on registration, and the shortest route into liquid cooling if a custom loop is more project than you want.
Quantum CPU Water Blocks
The current Velocity³ block covers Intel LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 and AMD AM5 from one body - you realign the jet plate and fit the matching bracket. EK quotes up to 2°C over the Velocity² it replaces.
Quantum GPU Water Blocks
Full-cover blocks that take the die, memory packages and VRM stages under one plate. They are milled for one specific board layout, so they are listed per card model rather than per GPU generation.
EK Radiators
Quantum Surface radiators from 120 mm to 480 mm in three depths: S at 30 mm for tight panels, P at 44 mm as the all-rounder, X at 58 mm where cooling beats clearance. Copper core, matte black finish.
Pumps & Reservoirs
D5 and DDC are the two industry-standard pump bodies, and EK builds both as standalone units and as pump-reservoir combos in plexi or acetal. D5 suits long, low-restriction loops; DDC pushes harder against restriction in a smaller package.
Compression Fittings
G1/4-inch is the thread every loop part in the range uses, which is what makes hard-line, soft-line, rotary and angled fittings interchangeable. The number that must match is the tubing outside diameter, not the thread.
