Fix the audio first. Viewers tolerate a modest picture far longer than they tolerate poor sound, so a decent microphone on an arm is the highest impact purchase in a starting setup.
Lighting is the next largest jump, and it costs less than upgrading the camera. A single key light in front of you improves the picture more than moving from a good camera to an expensive one in the same room.
