ROCCAT Gaming Keyboards 🎮⌨️

ROCCAT is a German-founded gaming peripherals brand (now part of Turtle Beach) known for building keyboards around its own in-house Titan switches. Those switches come in mechanical and optical versions tuned for fast, consistent actuation — the brand's whole pitch is responsive, low-latency input for competitive play rather than a re-badged generic board.

What sets ROCCAT apart is the pairing of Titan switches with its AIMO lighting system and Swarm configuration software, which handle per-key RGB, macros, key remapping and onboard profiles. ROCCAT keyboards typically run brushed-aluminium top plates for rigidity, and the range spans full-size, TKL and compact layouts so you can match your desk space and play style.

Every ROCCAT keyboard at Evetech ships with local warranty and fast nationwide delivery, backed by South Africa's largest gaming hardware retailer. Compare the current ROCCAT range below and pair your board with a matching ROCCAT mouse or headset for a single-software setup.

How to Choose a ROCCAT Keyboard

Picking the right ROCCAT board comes down to switch type, layout and how much customisation you want. ROCCAT's Titan switches and Swarm software are the throughline across the range — the differences are mostly feel, size and feature depth. The points below cover what actually changes your day-to-day experience.

ROCCAT builds its keyboards on in-house Titan switches. Mechanical Titan switches give a traditional tactile or linear feel, while Titan optical switches use light-based actuation for very fast, contactless input that many competitive players prefer. Choose tactile for typing feedback or optical for the quickest response.
ROCCAT's AIMO system drives per-key RGB that can react to what's happening rather than sitting on a fixed pattern. If a synchronised, animated light setup matters to you, AIMO is one of ROCCAT's signature features. It also syncs across other ROCCAT peripherals for a unified look.
ROCCAT's Swarm configuration software handles macro recording, key remapping, lighting and onboard profiles on Windows. If you play MMOs or MOBAs that lean on macros and per-game profiles, check that the model you choose supports onboard storage so settings travel with the board.
Full-size boards keep a numpad for spreadsheets and number entry. TKL (tenkeyless) drops the numpad to free desk space and bring the mouse closer for low-sensitivity aiming. Compact 60–65% layouts go smaller still. Match the layout to your desk and how much mouse room you want.
ROCCAT keyboards generally use aluminium top plates for a rigid, flex-free typing surface that holds up to long sessions. Mechanical and optical switches are both rated for high keystroke lifespans. For heavy daily use, a solid plate and durable switches matter more than the lighting.
