The Business channel — separate from the consumer store

Evetech serves two distinct customer bases through two distinct channels. The consumer side — the public website you're reading this on — runs self-service: build your config, pay online, ship next day. The Business division runs differently: named account managers, formal quotes, credit terms, asset registers, on-site deployment. No public pricing on flagship corporate devices. Quotes turned around in one business day on letterhead.

If you're a sole proprietor buying a single laptop for yourself, the consumer store is the right route. If you're procurement at a company with five or more devices to refresh, finance approval cycles, or a need for B-BBEE compliant documentation — that's our Business division.

Bulk pricing tiers

Tier discounts apply across laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals on a single PO. Mixed-product orders aggregate — 3 laptops + 3 monitors + 4 docks = 10 units = Tier 2 pricing.

COE Certificates & documentation

Every Evetech custom-built desktop ships with a Certificate of Compliance signed by the build technician, recording installed components, serial numbers, build date and quality check signature. This is a substantive document for insurance claims, fleet audits and BIOS / firmware traceability.

For corporate fleets we additionally supply:

• Consolidated asset register in CSV or Excel — every device's serial, MAC address, hostname, Windows licence and warranty start date.
• Packing manifest per shipment with QR-coded box labels matching the asset register.
• BitLocker recovery key escrow handoff via secure email or Azure AD attestation, if pre-imaged.
• Disposal certificates for end-of-life returns under the SA NEMWA / WEEE compliance framework.

B-BBEE Level 4 — VAT-inclusive quoting

Evetech (Pty) Ltd is a Level 4 B-BBEE contributor with 100% Black Procurement recognition for qualifying spend. Our latest verification certificate is available on request and renewed annually. Procurement teams chasing B-BBEE scorecard targets can claim the full recognition multiplier on Evetech purchases.

Every quote we issue carries:

• Evetech (Pty) Ltd letterhead, registration number, VAT number, FNB banking details.
• B-BBEE verification certificate (PDF attached to quote).

Leasing & device rental

For fleets of 10+ devices we arrange operating leases through our finance partners. The hardware stays off your balance sheet; the monthly rental is fully tax-deductible as an operating expense; refresh cycles roll automatically into year four.

Indicative pricing based on entry corporate ultrabook spec (Ryzen AI 5 / Core Ultra 5, 16 GB / 512 GB, 14" FHD). Premium and gaming-class spec lease at higher rentals. All leases include three-year hardware warranty and option-to-buy at fair market value at term end.

Your dedicated account manager

On registration of your Business account you're assigned a single named AM. They are your sole contact point for the lifetime of the relationship. They handle:

• Quote generation, revision and PO acceptance.
• Discount tier approval up to Tier 4 without escalation.
• Delivery scheduling and expedited shipping on urgent orders.
• Warranty claim escalation directly to manufacturer reps.
• Site visits to demo equipment, run RFP responses and present quarterly reviews.
• End-of-life disposal coordination for fleet refreshes.

You have your AM's direct mobile number. They reply within two business hours during working time. If they're on leave, a named back-up handles your account — never a generic queue.

Deployment service — what you get

Standard deployment (included in Tier 2+ orders, optional add-on for Tier 1) covers:

• Asset tagging — your barcode or our serialised tag, applied to chassis on a documented spec.
• Pre-imaging with your gold image (Windows + line-of-business apps + corporate policies).
• MDM enrolment at unboxing — Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji or VMware Workspace ONE.
• BitLocker key escrow handoff by secure email or direct AAD/Entra attestation.
• Serialised packing manifest per box, matching asset register.

On-site deployment to Gauteng addresses (Pretoria, Johannesburg, East Rand, West Rand) with our white-glove team is R450 per device — includes unbox, network onboard, BIOS standardisation, user training session (15 min per user) and old-device collection for recycling or destruction. Nationwide deployment via partner technicians is available — quote on request.

Fleet maintenance contracts

For fleets of 25+ devices we offer annual maintenance contracts covering:

• Next-business-day warranty swap on critical devices (executive laptops, design workstations).
• Quarterly preventative health checks — fan cleaning, thermal repaste at year three, SSD wear-level audit.
• Spare device pool held at our Centurion warehouse for emergency replacement (typically 5% of fleet, kept ready imaged).
