Start from a list, not a capacity. Write down every device you intend to keep alive, note the wattage on each power brick or rating plate, and add them up. That total tells you whether the inverter can carry the job at all, which is a separate question from how long it lasts.
Then decide how long the load has to hold. A fibre terminal, a router and a laptop charger together sit in the low tens of watts, so a modest pack covers a full working afternoon. A tower, two monitors and a laser printer are a different category of demand and will empty the same pack in a fraction of the time, assuming the inverter tolerates them at all.
