Evetech sells online and delivers nationwide. Our Centurion premises is a warehouse and build facility where paid orders can be collected. It is not a showroom, so there is nothing on display to browse or test.

Does Evetech have a physical store?
Not in the sense most people mean. Evetech trades online. Every product is bought through the website or the app, and the overwhelming majority of orders are couriered to the customer.
We do have one physical site, in Centurion, Gauteng. It is a warehouse and build facility - where stock is received, custom PCs are assembled and tested, and orders are packed for dispatch. Customers can collect a paid order from it. What it is not is a retail showroom. There is no shop floor, no shelves you can walk along, no machines set up to test, and no counter where you can buy something on the spot.
We also have no branches anywhere else in South Africa - no Cape Town store, no Durban store, no Bloemfontein or Port Elizabeth outlet, and no franchised or appointed dealers trading under our name.

Collecting a paid order
Collection is available and it is free. It is the fastest option if you are already in the Centurion area, and it removes courier time from a custom build entirely.
The order has to be paid for and ready before you travel, and collection should be arranged in advance by emailing [email protected]. Stock is picked from warehouse racking rather than kept at a counter, so an unannounced arrival means waiting while it is located - or finding that a custom build is still in the assembly or burn-in stage.
What you cannot do at the address
This is the part worth reading before you make the drive. The Centurion site does not offer:
- Browsing or shopping in person - there is no display floor and no stock you can walk up to and buy.
- Hands-on testing or demos - no demo rigs, no monitors running side by side, no keyboards or mice set out to try.
- Walk-in build consultations - custom builds are specified online through the PC Builder or by email and phone with our sales team.
- Over-the-counter purchases - everything is ordered and paid for on the website or the app first.
- Walk-in repairs - warranty and RMA claims are logged online first so the claim is registered and tracked.
Buying and delivery instead
For everyone who is not collecting, orders ship nationwide by insured courier with tracking. Major centres typically see delivery in one to three business days and regional addresses in three to five. Custom PC builds need assembly and testing time before they ship.
Because you cannot see the hardware in person before you buy, the product pages carry the detail that would otherwise come from handling it: full specifications, dimensions, photography and, where available, customer reviews. Our sales team will also answer sizing, fitment and compatibility questions by phone or email before you commit.
