The Fractal Design Flex VRC-25 PCI-E Riser mounts a graphics card vertically in cases such as the Define R6, Define S2 and Meshify S2. Turning the card face-on puts it on display and moves it away from other hot components, which helps airflow through the build. A zero-latency design with full PCIe 3.0 support means the card runs at the same speed as it would in the motherboard slot.

The Flex VRC-25 is the first PCIe riser cable kit designed specifically for Fractal Design chassis with 2.5-slot vertical GPU mount support. It fits the Define 7, Define R6, Define S2, Define S2 Vision, Meshify S2 and Vector RS, so the mounting points and clearances are known quantities rather than something you measure and hope for.

A right angle adapter built on a rigid PCB with standoffs anchors the card, and a movable bracket sets its position in the case. The result holds with the same integrity as a board-mounted installation rather than leaving a heavy card hanging on a cable, and the build quality matches the Define Series case it goes into.

The VRC-25 uses a patented shielded overlap cable structure that guards the signal against EMI along its length. That shielding is what guarantees maximum transmission speed and stability over a 210mm run, and it is the reason the riser delivers zero-latency performance instead of costing the card bandwidth on the way to the slot.

Heavy-duty double-sided PCB wiring lets the Flex VRC-25 deliver up to three times the power of traditional riser cables, which is what a high-powered GPU needs from a cable rather than a slot. Fractal Design recommends auxiliary power connections for devices rated above 40W TDP.

The extra-long 210mm heavy gauge ribbon is both durable and highly flexible, so it bends to the route your case needs without being forced. It is finished in stylised black cabling with a colour-matched premium black PCB substrate, which keeps the riser visually quiet inside a window build where the card is the thing on show.
