Evetech has no store, showroom, service centre or partner repair shop in the Eastern Cape. The one physical site is a combined showroom and warehouse at Limeroc Business Park on Holland Road, the R114, in Centurion, and it is the only place goods can be collected in person.

Everything else moves by courier. The Bay is not one of the four cities on the major-centre transit list, so orders fall into the regional band of three to five business days after dispatch, with outlying Eastern Cape towns taking longer again. That extra distance is worth designing around rather than ignoring.
