Two motors drive the Arena Moto rather than one, so it lifts a fully loaded desk faster and more evenly than a single-column design. The travel runs from 73cm up to 117cm, which covers a normal seated position at the bottom and a standing position for most adults at the top.

The controller stores up to four heights on numbered buttons. You set your seated and standing positions once, then hold a button to send the desk back to either. Four slots leaves room for a second user or a third position for controller gaming.

The lift is rated to 120kg spread across the surface. In practice that covers three large monitors on arms, a full tower and your peripherals with margin left over. The word that matters is evenly, since the rating assumes the weight is spread across the top rather than stacked over one leg.

The desktop measures 160cm wide by 82cm deep with a curved front edge that cuts in towards you. At 82cm it is deeper than a typical 60cm to 70cm desk, so an ultrawide monitor can sit further back instead of pushing into your face. Arozzi rates the surface for up to three large monitors.

Three cut-outs are moulded into the desktop and feed down into a cable net fitted tight underneath. Because the desk moves, routing your cables through that net is what stops them snagging or pulling as it rises. It is the difference between a sit-stand desk you use and one you stop using.

A headset hanger comes with the desk and bolts underneath on either the left or right side, so it suits whichever hand you reach with. There is no RGB lighting anywhere on the Arena Moto, which is what keeps the white version reading as clean office furniture rather than a gaming rig.
