This is the white colourway of the GameSir G7 HE, a wired pad that runs on a 3m detachable USB-C cable. Detaching the cable matters more than it sounds: the controller packs flat, and a damaged cable is a replacement rather than a dead controller. The body measures 152 x 103 x 63 mm and weighs 227 g.

The four face buttons are micro switches rather than rubber domes, each rated for 1.3 million clicks. They give a defined click and a very short travel, so a rapid input sequence lands cleanly instead of mushing together. Players coming from a stock pad usually notice this before anything else on the controller.

Both analog triggers use Hall Effect magnetic sensors, which measure travel by magnetic field rather than by a wiper touching a track. There is no contact surface to wear down, and actuation stays consistent whether you are feathering a throttle or holding a trigger down through a long burst.

The thumbsticks carry GameSir branded Hall Effect sensors. Because the sensing is contactless, the centre position stays where it should be over the life of the controller, which is exactly the failure that makes older pads slowly wander in menus and pull aim off target on their own.

Two remappable back buttons sit under the grips, reachable by the middle fingers. Assign the actions you would otherwise take a thumb off the stick for, such as reload, crouch or a ping, and your aim stays live through the input. That is the main reason competitive players reach for rear buttons at all.

The controller carries a 3.5mm audio jack for a wired headset, so game sound and party chat both arrive through the pad. A separate microphone mute button lives on the controller face, meaning you can cut your mic mid-match without opening a dashboard or fumbling for an inline remote.

Rumble is distributed rather than pooled in the handles. Motors sit in each grip and in each trigger, which lets a game place a vibration under a specific finger. Trigger-level feedback in particular gives you a physical cue for recoil or resistance that a handle-only pad simply cannot reproduce.

The faceplate attaches magnetically, so it comes off and goes back on by hand with no screws involved. The white plate this version wears is the neutral option, and because the swap takes seconds you are not committed to a single look for the life of the controller.

One controller covers Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X|S, Windows 10/11 and Steam, so the same pad follows you between a console and a desk. GameSir Nexus is the customisation software behind it, handling remaps for the rear buttons. There is no battery in the controller because it draws power over USB-C.
