Promate HushTag Luggage Tag - Blue / Works with Apple Find My / Integrated Speaker / Slim Premium Leather Design / Wireless Charging / HushTag.Blue / HushTag.Blue

The Promate HushTag in Blue registers with Apple Find My, giving you the last-known location of a bag from the same app you already use for your iPhone and AirPods. The tag itself talks over Bluetooth 5.2 on the BLE profile with a 50 m operating distance, which is the range that matters once you are standing at the carousel.

A 15 mm driver inside the tag rings at 90 dB or more, which is what makes the difference in a terminal where a map cannot tell one black case from another. Trigger the sound from your phone and follow it. The speaker sits behind the leather face, so nothing protrudes to catch on a belt.

Charging is wireless at 2.5 W, over a coupling distance of 15 to 20 mm and a frequency band of 110 to 205 kHz. There is no port to find and no cable to pack. A charge cycle runs 74 minutes and the 110 mAh lithium-polymer battery then sits on standby for up to six months.

The blue tag is wrapped in slim premium leather over a body of 9.1 x 6.9 x 0.7 cm, with a drawstring section of 8.5 x 1.0 x 0.8 cm. Leather takes handling better than moulded plastic, so repeated trips through conveyors and boot floors leave patina rather than cracks.

This is aimed at anyone who checks a bag often enough for it to eventually go missing: frequent flyers, business travellers and families moving several cases at once. Fitting takes seconds through the drawstring, and once paired the tag needs no further attention beyond an occasional charge between trips.
