Is this Antec 24-Pin 90° ARGB Adapter worth the price?

Yes. The adapter provides a simple way to add 5V addressable RGB while improving cable routing in tight builds. It reduces strain on the motherboard 24‑pin connector and helps create a cleaner interior. For modders and small-form-factor builders, it’s a cost-effective upgrade.

What's included in the box?

Included: the Antec 24‑Pin 90° ARGB Adapter in black. No other cables or accessories are specified. Check product listings for bundled items or retailer specifics before purchase.

Is this the latest/current model?

Not specified. The product listing provides the adapter name and model code but does not state revision history. Refer to the retailer or Antec for version confirmation.

Will this work with my motherboard's ARGB header?

Yes, if your motherboard has a 5V addressable ARGB header that matches the adapter's 5V ARGB specification. It is designed to sync with 5V ARGB headers for lighting control. Verify your motherboard uses a 5V ARGB header before buying.

How do I install the 24‑Pin 90° ARGB Adapter?

Installation is straightforward: disconnect power, unplug the PSU 24‑pin from the motherboard, attach the adapter between the PSU connector and motherboard 24‑pin socket, and reconnect power. For ARGB lighting, connect to the 5V ARGB header as required. Follow standard ESD and safety precautions.

Who is this adapter best suited for?

This adapter is best for PC builders with tight-case layouts, small-form-factor systems, and modders who want synchronized 5V ARGB lighting while improving cable routing. It’s also useful for anyone seeking to reduce strain on the motherboard 24‑pin connector.

Can this adapter help with cable routing problems in small cases?

Yes. The right‑angle 24‑pin design repositions the cable exit to free space and reduce bending, making routing easier in cramped cases. It helps prevent connector stress and improves airflow by tidying cables.

Does the adapter need drivers or software?

No drivers are required for the adapter itself. ARGB lighting control uses your motherboard’s 5V ARGB software when connected to the appropriate header. Ensure your motherboard supports 5V ARGB control for lighting customization.
