A build at this level should hold high settings at 1440p with a frame rate that stays steady rather than one that peaks impressively and then dips in the busy scenes.
Decide the target first and the parts list mostly writes itself. A 1440p 165Hz panel, a 4K 60Hz television and a 1080p 240Hz esports monitor each demand a different balance between graphics card and processor, and buying the wrong balance is how a generous budget still ends up feeling ordinary. Work out whether the ceiling covers the tower alone or the screen and peripherals as well, because that single answer can move the graphics tier by a full step.
