Experience an unparalleled immersive viewing journey with the Samsung monitor, curved more profoundly than any other. With its 1,800 R screen curvature, boasting a 1,800 mm radius of arc, this monitor wraps around your field of vision akin to the screen in your local IMAX theatre. The enhanced curvature creates a broader field of view, enriches depth perception, and reduces peripheral distractions, immersing you fully in your content. Whether you're streaming an online movie, catching up on your favorite TV show, or diving into a heart-pounding game, Samsung's deeper screen curve ensures complete immersion in all your multimedia endeavors. • With its 1,800 R screen curve, your eyes can smoothly track across the entire display while maintaining a constant viewing distance. • Clinical tests conducted by Seoul National University Hospital Department of Ophthalmology have demonstrated that this curvature reduces eye strain in users compared to viewing a flat screen monitor. Samsung's VA panels feature vertically aligned liquid crystals that effectively block backlighting, especially as the screen curves. This minimizes light leakage and ensures deeper, more uniform colors from edge to edge. • Best-in-class 3,000:1 contrast ratio: Samsung's VA panel technology offers a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, resulting in deeper blacks, brighter whites, and richer colors for clearer, more vibrant images. • Reduced light leakage: Samsung's curved display technology minimizes light leakage from the screen edges, ensuring uniformity across the entire viewing area. • AMD FreeSync: By dynamically synchronizing the screen refresh rate with the image frame rate, AMD FreeSync minimizes stutter and ensures flawlessly smooth gameplay. • Game Mode: Instantly optimizing screen colors and contrast for gaming, Game Mode ensures you enjoy every scene at its best. • Super slim curved panel: Featuring an astonishingly slim 11.9 mm profile — as slender as a ballpoint pen — the solid curved panel is more than half as slim as previous curved-screen models. • Simple circular stand: An elegantly simple circular stand complements the slender curved panel beautifully. • Energy-saving auto brightness setting: Samsung’s eco-saving technology dynamically adjusts display brightness according to screen luminescence, reducing energy consumption by up to 10%*. • Dual manual brightness settings: Users can manually set screen brightness to either 25% or 50% of maximum for personalized viewing comfort. *Based on internal testing. • Eye Saver Mode: This feature reduces blue light emissions, which can cause more retinal stimulation than other colors, thereby reducing eye fatigue and enhancing viewing comfort. • Flicker Free: Samsung's Flicker Free technology minimizes distracting screen flicker, allowing for extended work and play sessions with greater comfort.
