No - each Amici 5GT runs its own independent 4-pin PWM and 5V 3-pin ARGB cables. The ARGB leads can link up to three to four fans in series, but fan power connects individually.

Which RGB software does the lighting sync with?

The 24-LED infinity mirror syncs through a standard 5V 3-pin motherboard header with your board's RGB software.
