The CUDY M3600 is a Wi-Fi 7 mesh system supplied as three matching cylindrical units that behave as one network. Each node runs dual-band Wi-Fi 7, rated at 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, and the system is built to carry more than 200 connected devices at once. Spread across a house, the three units replace a single router that cannot reach the far rooms.

Each M3600 node carries two spatial streams on 5 GHz and two on 2.4 GHz, fed by four internal antennas with two external front-end modules dedicated to the 5 GHz radio. MU-MIMO lets a node serve several devices within the same transmission instead of taking them one after another, which is what holds throughput steady when the household loads the network from every room at once.

Behind the radios sits a 2.0 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor with 512 MB of DDR3L memory and 128 MB of flash storage. That is the headroom that lets a node track over 200 client devices, run VPN and parental control services, and still route traffic without stalling. Each unit draws no more than 9W, so a three-node deployment stays modest on power.

Begin by configuring your primary Mesh unit using the Cudy App on your smartphone. The device features an elegant cylindrical aesthetic designed to complement any home decor.

The included Mesh units come pre-synchronized for convenience. Simply power on the additional units in areas between the main node and your Wi-Fi dead zones, and they will automatically establish a seamless, unified network.

Cudy Mesh delivers a consistent Wi-Fi network name throughout your entire residence. It utilizes advanced, high-speed auto-switching, ensuring your streaming and gaming sessions remain smooth and responsive even as you navigate between different Wi-Fi coverage areas.

The M3600 supports multiple VPN options, letting you either protect traffic leaving the house or reach devices back home while you are away. Because the VPN runs on the mesh itself, every client on the network is covered without installing anything on each phone or laptop. It sits alongside the access controls already managed from the Cudy app.

Ensure a safer online environment by configuring internet access schedules and restricting access to unsuitable websites. The system allows you to define personalized profiles, simplifying the management of multiple connected devices.

Every node carries three Gigabit RJ45 ports. On the main unit one acts as the WAN uplink to your modem and the rest are LAN; on the satellites all three are free for wired devices or a wired backhaul between nodes. WPS and reset buttons sit on the body, and power comes from a 12V 1A DC adapter supplied with each unit.

In open space a node reaches up to 220 m, though walls are the real limit: the signal is rated to pass two wooden walls under 10 cm, one concrete wall under 20 cm, or two concrete walls under 10 cm. Cudy's guidance is to place a unit centrally on each floor, with no more than three obstacles between it and any room it serves.

Each unit is a slim cylinder of 110 mm diameter and 154.5 mm height weighing 357.6 g, meant to sit openly on a shelf or side table rather than be hidden in a cupboard. The box holds the nodes, a power adapter for each, an Ethernet cable and an installation guide. They are rated to run between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius and carry FCC and CE certification.
