The HBADA J101WMC is the white version of the J101 ergonomic office chair, pairing a breathable mesh back with a foam seat over a plywood base. It swivels a full 360 degrees on a nylon five-star base with silent casters, adjusts 8cm in height and supports a maximum weight of 150kg.

The seat uses high-elastic foam. Elastic foam springs back after each use instead of staying compressed, which is what keeps a cushion at the same height and firmness after a year of daily use as it was on the first day, particularly in the areas that carry most of your weight.

Beneath the cushion sits a plywood seat base. Plywood gives the foam a rigid platform so the middle of the seat does not sag over time, which is the failure that turns a comfortable chair into one that tips you backward into the join between seat and backrest.

The backrest is mesh, so air passes through the panel rather than building up between your back and the chair. That airflow is the reason mesh backs remain the default for office chairs used all day, and it is more noticeable in a warm room than any padding specification on the same chair.

The high configuration model tilts back to 115 degrees, with the standard model reaching 105 degrees. It is a slight recline rather than a lounging one, designed to shift weight off the seat and onto the backrest during a break without moving you far enough from the desk to stop working.

Height adjustment runs on a class 3 gas lift providing 8cm of range. That span covers the difference between a low writing desk and a standard office one, and setting height first is what makes the rest of the chair work, since forearm height at the desk determines everything downstream.

The seat rotates through a complete 360 degrees. That is what lets you turn from a keyboard to a printer, a second monitor or a filing drawer without standing up or dragging the chair across the floor, and it is essential on any desk arranged along two walls or in a corner.

The chair stands on a nylon five-star base fitted with silent rolling wheels. Five arms spread the load out to the casters for a stable stance, while quiet wheels keep movement from carrying across a shared office or into a video call taking place at the same desk.

On the high configuration model the seat slides through 4cm of depth adjustment, giving a cushion depth between 44cm and 49cm. Extending it supports the thigh closer to the knee for taller users. The standard model has a fixed 42cm seat with no depth adjustment available.

Both configurations use a 49cm wide seat. The high configuration shapes it with an ergonomic contoured curve, while the standard model uses a flat cushion. A contoured pan holds you centred in the seat instead of allowing the slow sideways drift that develops through a long stretch of concentration.

The back frame is PP reinforced with fibre. Fibre reinforcement lets a moulded frame hold the mesh under tension and keep the backrest shape under load without the weight of a steel structure, which is what keeps the chair light enough to move around a room on its own casters.

The armrests flip upward. Folded out of the way they let the chair push right under a desk when you stand, and they clear the space beside your hips when getting in and out in a tight corner. Fewer moving parts also means less to loosen over years of leaning on them.

The clean white finish is aimed at home offices and minimalist workspaces where a black task chair would dominate the room. Maximum weight capacity is 150kg, and HBADA recommends the high configuration model for users 155cm to 185cm tall and the standard model for 140cm to 175cm.
