Three similar-looking badges are in circulation at the same time, and they are not three generations of one thing. Core i7 is the retired label. Core 7 is the mainstream tier on established architecture. Core Ultra 7 is the premium tier built on Intel's newer tile-based design, with a large neural processor and Arc-class integrated graphics.

Raptor Lake Refresh keeps simultaneous multithreading, so the 250H presents its 14 cores as 20 threads.
