The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3 wireless headset for PlayStation uses 60mm Eclipse dual drivers, delivering bass depth alongside crystal-clear highs. Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless run together, so a gaming session and a phone call do not require swapping headsets. A directional microphone handles voice communication, which is what the headset is optimised around for PlayStation team play.

The Stealth 700 is a multiplatform headset supporting PlayStation, PC and Bluetooth-compatible devices, including the Steam Deck. Audio clarity and microphone quality carry across each of them, so a single headset covers a console, a handheld and a phone. Nothing needs re-configuring when the platform changes mid-session.

A steel-reinforced headband and durable metal yokes handle the structure, while the lightweight body uses hybrid leatherette and athletic fabric-wrapped memory foam ear cushions that stay glasses-friendly. The wheel and mode button are both remappable through the Swarm II app, so the two controls closest to your hand can be set to the functions you reach for most.

The headset ships with dual USB wireless transmitters, one for each system, and switching between a PlayStation and a PC is handled by a single button on the headset. Both transmitters stay plugged in, so there is no cable swap and no re-pairing step when the platform changes. The whole switch happens without leaving the game.

2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.2 run at the same time on the Stealth 700. Game audio from a PlayStation or PC keeps playing while a Discord chat or a music stream comes through from a phone, with no switching between the two connections. Party chat and gameplay can therefore sit on completely separate devices.

The patented 60mm Eclipse dual drivers are the centre of the audio design, producing immersive sound with unparalleled precision and deep bass. That combination of precision and low-end weight is what the headset is tuned around, and it applies to music streamed over Bluetooth as much as to game audio from a PlayStation.

The third-generation Stealth 700 carries a uniquely crafted uni-directional flip-to-mute microphone with A.I.-powered noise reduction. Flipping the boom up mutes it directly, and the uni-directional pattern favours your voice over the room around you. The A.I. processing then cuts what remains, holding an ultra-quiet background on voice chat.

Battery life on the Stealth 700 reaches up to 80 hours, with rapid recharging options when it does run down. That figure covers extended gaming across weeks of sessions rather than a single long weekend, so charging stops being something to plan before each session.

The Swarm II companion app opens up a customised 10-band audio equaliser, microphone adjustments, sensitivity tweaks and noise gate control. Ten bands allow separate profiles for games and for music instead of switching between fixed presets. The latest firmware updates arrive through the same app, keeping the headset current over time.
