Every RTX 50 card shares the same Blackwell foundation and GDDR7 memory, so the decision is not about which architecture you get. It is about matching memory capacity to your resolution and texture settings, checking the card physically fits, and confirming your power supply has the right connector rather than an adapter fan.
DLSS is the other half of the calculation. The 50 series is the only generation that runs Multi Frame Generation, and the 4.5 revision raised that to six generated frames per rendered one in supported titles. That changes what a mid-tier card can do at 4K, but only in games that implement it, so it belongs in your reasoning as a bonus rather than a baseline.
