Case Fans for PC Airflow & Cooling
Case Fans — 120mm, 140mm & ARGB Cooling (84)
How to Choose Case Fans
The right fans match your case, cooling needs and noise preference. Use the guide below to set up good airflow.
140mm fans move more air at lower speeds and noise; 120mm fans fit more mounting points and radiators. Check your case's supported sizes and mix them to suit each mounting spot.
High-airflow fans suit open case intake and exhaust; high-static-pressure fans push air through radiators, dense heatsinks and dust filters. Match the fan type to where it's mounted.
PWM (4-pin) fans let the motherboard adjust speed precisely for a quiet, responsive curve; DC (3-pin) fans are simpler and cheaper. Choose PWM if you want fine control over noise and cooling.
Addressable RGB (ARGB) fans sync with motherboard software like Aura Sync and Mystic Light for custom effects. Check your motherboard header or include a controller if you want lighting.
Fluid-dynamic and magnetic-levitation bearings run quieter and last longer than sleeve bearings. For a quiet build, prioritise low-noise fans and a sensible fan curve over maximum RPM.
