Blackwell's headline addition on this card is DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, which inserts up to three generated frames for every rendered one. On a high-refresh panel that changes how a 1440p title feels, and it explains why the generational gap is wider in supported games than the core count alone suggests.
The constraint is memory. Eight gigabytes was comfortable when this tier appeared and is now the first thing to run short in texture-heavy releases at 1440p, which surfaces as sudden frame-time spikes rather than a steady lower average. Dropping textures one notch usually clears it.
