There are two of them. The i7-14700HX has eight performance cores and twelve efficiency cores; the i7-14650HX has eight and eight. Both are HX parts rated at 55W base power, which is why they live in large laptops with substantial cooling rather than in thin-and-lights.

Intel filled the 45W and 15W laptop segments with Core Ultra chips over the same period, so there is no 14th Gen Core i7 ultraportable to hunt for. Choose between the two HX parts on core count and cache, then judge the laptop itself on how much power it is allowed to draw.
