4G, 5G and LTE Laptops

A notebook with mobile broadband carries a cellular modem on an internal card and antennas routed into the lid, so it joins a network the way a phone does instead of hunting for Wi-Fi. In South Africa this remains largely the territory of business ultraportables and commercial 14- and 16-inch machines. The single point to establish before ordering is whether the modem is actually fitted, because the same model number is sold both with and without it.
