BRAND NEW DESIGN

The chassis has been redesigned for 2023, now

4.5% smaller than the previous design. The two color options each have a different logo location,

with the Jaeger Gray edition featuring a large laser-sculpted design, and the Mecha Gray edition

showing off an embossed logo on the lid. The four-way indicators can be seen even while the

clamshell is closed, and the touchpad features a mech-inspired TUF logo in the corner.

Stealth design

The top cover sports a sharp and refined design, with the

Jaeger Gray edition featuring a large laser-sculpted design, and the Mecha Gray edition showing

off an embossed logo. Both options proudly display the mecha-inspired design of TUF Gaming in

three dimensions.

Clear control

The keyboard deck has been redesigned as well, with a strong

nod to the aesthetics of mecha anime. A warning message drawn from the TUF Gaming universe puts you

in the pilot seat, and a large touchpad gives you plenty of freedom to control your gaming machine.

STATUS REPORT

Four-way indicators built into the keyboard deck allow

at-a-glance monitoring of key system information.

TITANIC TOUCHPAD

As one of the primary ways to control your machine, the TUF

Gaming A17 continues its tradition of large touchpads. Easily browse the web and navigate between

documents, while still having plenty of space to rest your hands when typing.

Arm yourself with a desktop-style keyboard optimized for

gaming. Uniform Mini LED RGB backlighting lets you brilliantly express your own unique style, while

highlighted WASD accents give you a visual shortcut to key movement commands, with select models

offering a new smoked look. Overstroke technology triggers higher in each keystroke for faster

responsiveness and effortless control. In true TUF form, each key is durable enough to withstand

over 20 million presses for superb long-term reliability and precision.

NVIDIA® ADVANCED

OPTIMUS

With NVIDIA® Advanced Optimus, the laptop can

automatically route frames from the discrete GPU directly to the display using a MUX switch,

bypassing the integrated graphics. This pathing improves performance 5-10% compared to machines

without a MUX Switch, making sure you get the absolute best gaming experience—all without

needing touch a single button. This automatic switching also preserves your machine's battery

life, as it can dynamically transition between the high power discrete GPU and the lower power

integrated GPU. No matter what you’re doing, your machine will switch to the most

optimized mode without you having to lift a finger.

BLOW AWAY THE COMPETITION

High core count CPUs create more heat when at full load.

The TUF Gaming A17 is equipped to handle its high-power CPU with a pair of 84-blade Arc Flow

reducing turbulence, improving cooling performance without extra noise. When paired with up to 4

exhaust vents and 5 dedicated heatpipes, the 2023 TUF Gaming A17 keeps its cool in even the most

demanding games.

NEVER MISS A MOMENT

QHD 240Hz

DCI-P3 100%

Keep up with the pros thanks to a QHD 240Hz display. With

G-SYNC the display's refresh rate synchronizes with the GPU's output to reduce lag, minimize

stuttering, and eliminate visual tearing for ultra-smooth and lifelike gameplay. The QHD panel

hits 100% of the DCI-P3 color space, reproducing colors exactly as the creator intended. Packed

into an impressive 80% screen-to-body frame, videos and games are more immersive without

sacrificing portability.

Safe Port in a Storm

No matter your setup, the TUF Gaming A17 will

keep you connected. A dedicated HDMI 2.1 port is supplemented by dual USB Type-C with DisplayPort

support, as well as the power and versatility of USB 4. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) ensures

that you'll be able to get online and be productive wherever compatible connections are available,

or you can wire up directly with gigabit Ethernet on-board.
